Earlier, field agents could check in and check out for appointments using the Dynamics 365 map plugin. However, we are now adding an additional feature called “Pending Check-in and Check-out.” With this feature, you will be able to view a list of pending check-ins/check-outs, and the user will need to provide a reason for any late check-ins. Here’s how the feature works: 1. First, go to the Map > Plot and select the entity, such as appointments. 2. Next, click on the “Search” button, and the appointment will be plotted on the map. 3. Then, click on any appointment pin and select the “Check-in” button from the right panel.   If the user checks in late for the appointment, they need to provide a reason for the late check-in.   If the check-in is pending, users will receive an error message when they try to check out. W hen a salesperson is in the field, they need their software to support them by providing all relevant details quickly. Having a collection of information about each record readily available within the app is a great way to achieve this. Tooltips are set up to appear only when you look for them, making it easy to access just the needed information. A sales manager or Dynamics CRM user with administrator rights can configure the entity details in MappyField 365 to be displayed in the Entity Records (pushpin) details. Once Dynamics CRM records are plotted on the map, your team members will see the record details as configured in ‘Entity Mappings’. AppJetty MappyField 365 provides a   map visualization of the Dynamics of CRM records . You can manage the sales activities, define the routes, and perform different actions for the team. You can plot the records on the map by selecting the required entities. When you do so, the records will be plotted using different pins for different entity records. You can change the push pin appearance for specific records to recognize them on the map easily. You can also add a custom icon to personalize the entity records on the map. Step 1:  Navigate to MappyField 365 After logging into Dynamics 365, click on MappyField 365 from the Dynamics 365 Apps dashboard.
